Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, placing an order, or using our website or iOS app (the “Services”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Services.

Your Account

You may register via email/password, Google, or Apple. You agree to:

■Provide accurate information
■Keep your login credentials secure
■Accept responsibility for all account activity
■Notify us of unauthorized access
■Be at least 13 years old

Ordering & Payment

Orders

Orders placed through the app are for pickup at our locations. All orders are subject to availability. We may refuse or cancel any order.

Pricing

Prices are in USD plus applicable tax. We may change prices at any time. The price at time of order is the price you pay.

Payments

All payments are processed securely by Square. We never store your card numbers. Square’s own terms and privacy policy apply.

Contact us at hello@staccatocoffeehouse.com or speak with a team member. Handled case-by-case.

Rewards Program

Earning

Earn stars on qualifying purchases. Amount based on purchase total and active promotions.

Tiers

Tiered membership with varying benefits. We may modify tier thresholds with reasonable notice.

Redeeming

Stars can be redeemed at checkout for eligible rewards. No cash value. Non-transferable.

Expiration

Stars expire 12 months from the date earned. We’ll notify you before expiration.

Changes

We may modify or end the program with reasonable notice and a redemption window.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, logos, and design are owned by Staccato Coffee House, LLC and protected by US and international IP law. Don’t use our trademarks without written permission.

User Conduct

Don’t:

✕Use the Services for unlawful purposes
✕Attempt unauthorized access to any system
✕Interfere with or disrupt the Services
✕Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
✕Impersonate any person or entity
✕Abuse the rewards program or create fake accounts
✕Transmit viruses or harmful code

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the greater of $100 or what you’ve paid us in the past 12 months.

Disclaimer

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Staccato Coffee House from claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time. Unredeemed stars may be forfeited upon termination for cause.

Governing Law

State of Texas. Disputes resolved exclusively in Hidalgo County, TX courts.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes noted by updating the effective date. Continued use = acceptance.
